NASA  10,726 ang panibagong napaulat na kaso ng coronavirus disease o COVID-19 sa Filipinas.

Sa huling datos ng Department of Health (DOH)  araw ng Biyernes (Abril 16), pumalo na sa 914,971 ang confirmed cases ng nakakahawang sakit sa bansa.

Sa nasabing bilang, 193,476 o 21.1 porsiyento ang aktibong kaso.

Nasa 96.0 porsiyento sa active COVID-19 cases ang mild; 2.9 porsiyento ang asymptomatic; 0.30 porsiyento ang moderate; 0.5 porsiyento ang severe habang 0.4 porsiyento ang nasa kritikal na kondisyon.

Nasa 145 ang napaulat na nasawi kaya umakyat na sa 15,738 o 1.72 porsiyento ang COVID-19 related deaths sa bansa.

Ayon pa sa DOH, 650 naman ang gumaling pa sa COVID-19 kaya umakyat na sa 705,757 o 77.1 porsiyento ang total recoveries ng COVID-19 sa bansa.
