On the occasion of its 17th year Founding Anniversary, Pasig City Science High School (PCSHS), celebrated its 3rd GAWAD PCSHS to recognize and reward outstanding teachers and employees who have shown exemplary work in service.
True to its motto, “We Excel, We Serve, We Lead,” PCSHS has proven its academic track record and leadership through the years as a science high school in Pasig City.
Charlie O. Fababaer, Principal III of PCSHS, encouraged teachers, students, non-teaching personnel and parents to dream big. In the last five years, the PCSHS family witnessed the promotion of teachers as principals, assistant principals, OIC-Assistant Division Superintendent, Master Teachers. The students, likewise, were offered scholarships in colleges and universities.
None other than Mayor Vico Sotto recognized PCSHS academic achievement, excellence and leadership.
He agreed with the PCSHS Principal to be driven and dream big, too.
Three remarkable leaders shared their inspirational messages to PCSHS family: Isabelle Sibayan, OIC-Assistant Division Superintendent of Navotas; Edna Negru, former Head Teacher of Math Department; and Maricris Murillo, Principal of San Lorenzo Ruiz Senior High School.
As Sibayan stressed in her recorded speech for PCSHS family, “Ang lider maging positibong instrumento ng pagbabago.” The leader must become a positive instrument of change.
