“We are reinforcing our recruitment and selection process to enable us to effectively cope with the projected 2019 annual recruitment program for 10,000 police recruits. My advice to fresh graduates who are aspiring for a career in the police service to start working on their basic documentary requirements and preparations as early as now, to allow sufficient lead time for the recruitment process,” ani Albayalde.
