NASA 77 panibagong medical workers sa Navotas na nakatalaga sa isolation facilities ng lungsod, barangay health centers, at sa city health department ang nakatanggap ng kanilang unang dose ng CoronaVac.
Umabot na sa 459 health workers sa Navotas ang nabakunahan habang ang isa pang 400 ay mai-inoculate sa susunod na linggo.
Ayon sa pamahalaang lokal ng lungsod, dahil sa mabilis na pagdami ng kaso ng COVID-19 ay kinakailangan mabakunahan sa lalong madaling panahon ang mga frontliner gayundin ang mga senior citizen upang maprotektahan mula sa banta ng nakamamatay.
Nabatid na umaabot sa full capacity ang Navotas City Hospital at ang dalawang community isolation facilities nito. EVELYN GARCIA
