ANDREA Brillantes was among the few celebrities who got stranded due to the floods caused by the non-stop monsoon rains over the weekend.
Sa kanyang Instagram story posted at 12:30 p.m. the other day, ipinakita ni Andrea ang flooded street na nadaanan nila ng kanyang ina.
Pagkatapos ng limang oras, at around 5:30 p.m., naikuwento ni Andrea kung papaano nila na-survive ng kanyang ina ang hanggang dibdib na tubig sa Talayan Village, Quezon City, pagkatapos na i-rescue sila ng grupo ng mga lalake who were riding on a boat.
Ipinakita rin niya ang picture ng limang kabinataan na nagligtas sa kanila.
Andrea’s caption said, “We survived! Thank you sa mga kuya na tumulong sa amin ni mama kahit abot na sa dibdib ninyo ‘yung tubig!

Na-report na rin earlier na sina Glaiza de Castro, Alexa Ilacad, at Gil Cuerva ay naka-experience din ng similar ordeals due to the flooded metropolis.
