SULU-NAKUMBINSI ng Philippine National Police-Anti-Kidnaping Group na sumuko ang isang pinagkakatiwalaang ayudante ng tatlong matataas na pinuno ng Abu Sayyaf Group na sa lalawigang ito.

Kinilala ni PNP-AKG Director P/Bgen Jonnel C. Estomo ang sumukong Abu Sayyaf coddler at spotters na si Najuh A. Amadul alyas Naj na nasa ilalim ng pamumuno ni ASG sub leaders Hatib Munap Binda.

Bitbit ni Najuh ang isang M16 rifle na may maikling magazine nang sumuko ito sa mga tauhan ng PNP-AKG –Mindanao Field Unit na pinamumunuan ni P/Lt Col Clarence Gomeyac katuwang ang mga ele­mento ng MBLT4; NTU40, 4th Marine Brigade /NTGS sa tulong din ng PIU, SULU PPO at Brgy. Capt. Patta Bangalan ng Brgy Kanmindus, Luuk, Sulu.

Ayon kay AKG Spokesman P/Lt Col Rannie Lumactod, si Amadul ay isang hard-core member ng ASG na nagsisilbing spotter at nagtago sa mga napatay na sina ASG Sub Leader Alhabsy Misaya, Abu Sayyaf Group sub leader Hatib Munap Binda at Merson Awaalun na nag- ooperate sa area ng 2nd District ng Sulu sa kasong Kidnap for Ransom activities, sea piracy and extortion.

Matapos na mailibing ang kanyang sub leader, kinumbinsi ng PNP-AKG at Marine Battalion Landing Team-8 si Amadul na sumuko sa 4th Marine Brigade sa may Barangay Kanmindus, Luuk, Sulu bago dalhin sa himpilan ng MBLT-8 sa Brgy Lahing-Lahing, Omar, Sulu para sa tactical interview and debriefing.
