SOLIDO ang suporta ng 44 kongresista ng Nacionalista Party (NP) sa liderato ni Speaker Lord Allan Velasco kasabay ng pahayag na lalong tumibay ang kanilang alyansa kay Pangulong Rodrigo “Rody” Duterte upang maisulong ang legislative agenda nito, kabilang ang kampanya laban sa katiwaian.

Iginiit ni House Deputy Majority Leader at Las Piñas City Rep. Camille Villar, isang lider ng NP ang kahalagahang nagkakaisa ang supermajority ng Kamara de Representantes sa ilalim ng liderato ni Velasco upang epektibong ipatupad ang mga programa ni Pangulong

Duterte para buhayin ang nanamlay na ekonomiya at labanan ang pandemyang dulot ng coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19).

“Amid the recent development in the House of Representatives, the Nacionalista Party remains steadfast in supporting the legislative agenda of the President as his government endeavors to bring solution to the problems of the country, especially now that we are in the middle of the pandemic,” ayon kay Villar.

“The party nevertheless extends its collaborative hand to the new House leadership and vows to work closely with their team to ensure the success of the President’s legislative and economic agenda,” dagdag ng ranking lady House official..

Binigyan-diin ni Villar na matibay ang liderato ng Pangulo dahil na rin sa solidong suporta at aktibong trabaho ng mga kasapi ng gabinete upang maiangat ang ekonomiya ng bansa.

“We believe that the country is in a better position to rise from the challenges of this pandemic and ultimately, facilitate the delivery of the cure against COVID 19,” sabi pa niya.

Inihayag rin ng Las Piñas City solon ang kanyang kagustuhan na maging co-author ng panukalang batas na magkakaloob ng anti-red tape powers kay Pangulong Duterte na bilisan ang proseso ng pagkakaloob ng mga lisensiya at permit sa panahon ng national emergencies bilang isa sa epektibong paraan upang labanan ang katiwalian sa pamahalaan.
