QUEZON CITY – Philippines, Barangay Lourdes Quezon will launch its first ever Barangay Mobile app. Lourdes, QC which is led by Punong Barangay Trina Sioson promoting the use of digital application to provide modern solutions in common pain points of Barangay Management like incident reporting and information dissemination.
In today’s world that everyone is in their phones, the Lourdes app brings important information and civic services closer to the local residents in a more engaging, rewarding, and convenient way with just few clicks on their smartphones.
Together with the whole Sangguniang Barangay who also supported the initiative, the mobile app is now fully functional and ready for deployment. To formally introduce the app in the citizen, the media launch will happen on the 4th of October at the Lourdes Barangay Hall with the theme Filling the Gap with Lourdes App.
This is the first time that a Barangay community in Quezon City will launch a Mobile Application as a part of Innovation projects of the current management. These kinds of innovations can help disseminate information and announcement to citizens with ease.
The mobile application developed is a community centered app which provides free internet connectivity to those with the mobile app, at the same time pushes news and events relevant to the community. Connected with the community app is the dispatch app that retrieves incident reports for faster community service.
The app is developed by Highly Succeed Inc., an Information Technology company focused on providing ground-breaking IT services to innovate businesses and LGUs.
