INANUNSIYO ng BDO-Unibank Inc (BDO) na lahat ng automated teller machines (ATMs) at electronic banking (e-banking) channels ay nakasarado o inaccessible mula 10 PM, Saturday (Marso 23), hanggang tanghali ng Linggo (Marso 24) dahil sa naka-schedule na system upgrade.
Sa kanilang abiso noong Biyernes, sinabi ng opisyal ng bangko na ang key systems enhancements ay tinatarget para makapag-deliver ng mas maay-os na electronic banking at ATM (automated teller machine) experience sa kanilang corporate at retail clients para sa maayos na pagsulong.
Ang kalakip sa proseso ay ATMs, debit and cash card transactions, at online at mobile banking.
“We advise our clients to perform their electronic banking transactions prior to the scheduled upgrade to avoid any inconvenience,” pahayag ni Edwin G. Reyes, executive vice president at head ng BDO’s transaction banking group.
