BDO FOUNDATION CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS WITH THE UNDERSERVED

In line with its advocacy to aid underserved sectors of society, BDO Foundation donated P2 million worth of Noche Buena food packs for the benefit of 6,000 economically disadvantaged families in 20 parishes in the National Capital Region. The corporate social responsibility arm of BDO Unibank partnered with Tanging Yaman Foundation, a non-profit organization that links donors with beneficiaries, for the preparation and distribution of the packages. The initiative was aimed at helping Filipinos cope with the effects of the pandemic as they celebrate Christmas. The donation formed part of Handog sa “Yo ng BDO Foundation, a nationwide gift-giving program that was also conducted recently.
