MATAGUMPAY na nakaakyat sa podium si Filipina figure skater Sofia Frank sa Colorado Springs Invitational na idinaos sa Monument, Colorado bago ang kanyang kampanya sa Nebelhorn Trophy.

Noong Sabado (oras sa Colorado) ay tumapos si Frank sa ikatlong puwesto na may iskor na 90.13 sa free skate event.

Pumangatlo siya sa 12 kalahok, kung saan nanguna si Courtney Hicks na may  100.53, kasunod si Sonja Hilmer sa 95.85.

Sa short program noong Biyernes, si  Frank ay tumapos din sa ikatlong puwesto sa walomg kalahok na may 45.43. No. 1 si Hilmer na may 61.32 points habang pumangalawa si Hicks na may 53.55.

Kakatawanin ni Frank ang Pilipinas, kasama si Edrian Paul Celestino, sa Nebelhorn Trophy sa Germany sa September 22-25.

Ang Nebelhorn Trophy ang qualifying tournament para sa  2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
