Cabuyao, Laguna – Regional Director Roy L. Buenafe leads the induction ceremonies of the pioneering officers of the Cabuyao City Tripartite Industry Council. RD Buenafe stressed the vital role of tripartism as one of the most effective mechanisms for regulating terms and conditions of work and settling labor disputes within a legal framework by the state.The Department of Labor and Employment Region IV-A recognizes with utmost importance the creation of Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (TIPC) among the key industries in the Province of Laguna. NutriAsia, represented by NAI HR Operations Manager for Luzon Noe Reynes, together with Nestle, Wyeth and Asia Brewery were invited to pioneer the formation of the Cabuyao City Tripartite Industry Council.
