Nagdagdag sina Kyle Korver ng 14 points at Kevin Love ng 13 points at 14 rebounds para sa Cavaliers, na natalo sa unang dalawang games sa se-ries.
Nakaiskor naman sina George Hill ng 13 points, JR Smith ng 11 at Tristan Thompson ng 10.
“I have a huge responsibility for this team,” pahayag ni James. “I have to score, I have to rebound and defend, make sure guys get involved, and I’m OK with that. I’m absolutely OK with that.”
“I also have to inspire my teammates to be better. They answered the call tonight, and they need to answer the call at another time (in Game 4) on Monday.”
Pinangunahan naman ni Jayson Tatum na may 18 points ang Boston.
Tumipa si Terry Rozier ng 13 points habang kapwa nagtapos sina Jaylen Brown at Greg Monroe na may 10 points para sa Celtics.
Sinisikap ng Boston, na mayroong perfect 9-0 sa playoffs, na maging ikatlong team na may 3-0 series lead laban sa James-led squad, na nagawa lamang ng 2007 San Antonio Spurs at 2017 Golden State Warriors.
“I don’t want to take away from their performance by talking about us,” ani Celtics coach Brad Stevens. “They deserve all the credit. They deserve to be talked about, because they played great.”
Nagawang makaiskor ng Cleveland sa 48.7 porsiyento (37 of 76) para sa laro at 50 porsiyento (17 of 34) mula sa 3-point range. Nakapagtala naman ang Boston ng 39.2 porsiyento (29 of 74) shooting.
Nanguna ang Cavaliers, 61-41, sa halftime.
