COVID-19 CASES PABABA SA 7,835

UMAABOT  pa sa 7,835 bagong kaso ng COVID-19 ang naitala ng Department of Health (DOH) sa Pilipinas hanggang nitong Huwebes ng hapon, Oktubre 14, 2021.

Batay sa case bulletin #579 na inisyu ng DOH, nabatid na dahil sa mga bagong kaso ng sakit, umaabot na ngayon sa 2,698,232 ang total COVID-19 cases sa bansa.

Sa naturang kabuuang bilang, 3.1% pa o 84,850 ang nananatiling aktibong kaso o nagpapagaling pa sa karamdaman kabilang dito ang 77.2% na mild cases, 10.6% na asymptomatic, 7.01% na moderate, 3.6% na severe at 1.5% na kritikal ang kalagayan.

Nakapagtala rin ang DOH ng 5,317 pasyente na gumaling na mula sa virus.

Dahil dito, umaabot na ngayon sa 2,573,161 ang total COVID-19 recoveries sa bansa o 95.4% ng total cases.

Mayroon namang 154 mga pasyente pa ang namatay dahil sa kumplikasyong dulot ng COVID-19.

Sa kabuuan, mayroon nang 40,221 ang total COVID-19 deaths sa bansa o 1.49% ng total cases.

Samantala, ayon pa sa DOH, mayroong 58 duplicates ang inalis nila mula sa total case count, kasama rito ang 42 recoveries at dalawang patay.

Mayroon rin namang 89 kaso na unang tinukoy bilang recoveries ang malaunan ay natuklasang namatay na pala, sa pinal na balidasyon.

Ayon pa sa DOH, ang lahat ng mga laboratoryo ay operational noong Oktubre 12, 2021 habang mayroong apat laboratoryo na hindi nakapagsumite ng datos sa COVID-19 Document Repository System (CDRS).

Base sa datos sa nakaraang 14 na araw, ang kontribusyon ng apat na laboratoryong ito ay humigit kumulang 1.3% sa lahat ng samples na naitest at 1.2% sa lahat ng positibong mga indibidwal. Ana Rosario Hernandez
