Sema (center photo, sitting fourth from right) on February 13 in Koronadal City to clarify implementation concerns on the DOLE-MOLE Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) strengthening intergovernmental labor relations between the two labor agencies.
Agreements made during the consultation dialogue include the formation of a joint oversight committee that will ensure proper execution of the agreements stipulated in the MOA—including the provision of DOLE technical assistance and training on dispute resolution mechanisms to MOLE staff; setting up BARMM personnel-manned assistance desks in select DOLE Field Offices; and streamlining of processes to expedite resolution of employment issues.
