Ayon sa police report, gamit ang bisikleta ay may bitbit na tatlong bricks na marijuana ang suspek patungong Santiago City, Isabela.
Dito na inalerto ng Isabela City policemen ang Kalinga provincial police at Tabuk City police station kaya inilatag ang checkpoint kung saan bandang alas-11: 20 ng umaga nang harangin ang suspect.
Inamin naman ng suspek na ikalawang beses na siyang nagdala ng marijuana mula sa Kalinga patungong Isabela gamit ang bisikleta upang hindi maghinala ang pulisya.
