BINALAAN ng City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) sa Zamboanga City ang publiko lalo na ang outbound travelers laban sa mga manggagantso na ang modus ay paghingi ng “exit pass”.
Sinabi ni Dr. Elmeir Jade Apolinario, CDRRMO chief and local Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) chief implementer, na hindi na kailangan ang exit pass sa mga biyahero.
Ginawa ang anunso kasuno na may iba ang nag-iisyu ng exit pass kapalit ang pera.
“The city government does not require any document or payment for that matter, from travelers leaving the city through the borders, be it by land, air or sea,” ayon kay Apolinario..
“We don’t issue any exit or entry pass anymore as the city is now under Alert Level 2 and the city government doesn’t charge anything for any issuance,” dagdag pa ni Apolinario.
Aniya, walang bayad sa issuance ng Safe, Swift, and Smart Passage (S-Pass) para sa inbound travelers.
Ang S-Pass ay isang online travel management system na dinebelop ng Department of Science and Technology (DOST) para sa national IATF-EID Resolution No. 101.
Pinaiimbestigahan na rin ng CDRRMO chief sa Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) at sa e Philippine Ports Authority ang insidente.
