FATWA SA REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH INILUNSAD SA BARMM

REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH

NAGLABAS ng kalatas ang Regional Darul Ifta (Islamic House of Opinion) kaugnay sa implementasyon ng reproductive health and family planning programs na ipatutupad sa  Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Ang health programs  ng BARMM  nasa  ilalim ng doktrina ng  Islam matapos maglabas ang Darul Ifta ng  “fatwa” (Islamic ruling) kaugnay sa  reproductive health and family planning kasama ang  expanded program on immunization.

“The issuance of a “fatwa” was a product of the series of public consultations conducted by the Ministry of Health (MOH) – BARMM across the region. Health programs implemented across the region are now contextualized for the BARMM and in harmony with the teachings of Islam,” pahayag ni  BARMM Health Minister Dr. Safrullah Dipatuan.

“The fatwa released on Tuesday shall guide Muslim communities on proper family planning and on how to ensure their reproductive health are implemented according to Islam,” aniya.

“We will make sure the immunization is halal (permissive) because halal in Islam is what is good on human beings,” wika ni Ebrahim.

Ang BARMM ay binubuo ng mga lalawigan ng  Lanao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi; at mga siyudad ng Cotabato, Marawi, Lamitan kasama ang  63 barangays ng North Cotabato.
