RUBEN SORIQUEZ

“It opened new doors for me. It honed my craft as an actor and I was able to meet new friends in the business. I learned a lot from working with them,” aniya.

“Many people do not know that I am half-Filipino. My father is a Pinoy from Mindoro and I have brothers also in Samar. I have learned to love the Pinoy culture that’s why I want to do films also for the Filipino audience and with Pinoys in the cast,” pagbibida niya.

“This is my very first time in a horror film. It was fun. I enjoyed it,” aniya.

“I  enjoyed working with her. She’s promising, professional, humble and fun to be with. She’s a good actress. I enjoyed her company,” ani Ruben.

Kahit daw baguhan, pinabilib siya ng aktres.

“There are a few scenes where she asked me for a little advice which I gave her. But to tell you the truth, I don’t think, she needs much advice. She knows what she’s doing. She’s like a pro. She studied for 2 years at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. She studied in a very good school. She knows what she’s doing and she knows how to prepare for her role,” esplika niya.

“I interfere or meddle only when I’m asked. Just like when I’m asked ‘what do you think of this or that.’ That’s where I give my opinion,” pahayag niya. “I could say, it’s a relief for me when I’m an actor. I can enjoy pure acting. I’m not thinking of the camera position, and the nitty-gritty details of production,” dugtong niya.

“I think we have a similar style even though we like different genres. I like drama and action more. He likes fantasy and horror. We understand each other when it comes to technique. What I learned from him was mostly the tricks in post-production like how to fix a scene with the special effects. Things that I didn’t know before,” pagtatapos niya.

Bukod kay Grace, tampok din sa “The Lease” sina Edmund Santiago, Harvey Almoneda, Jill Demski,LM Torres, Princess Cruz, Red Ibasco, Agnes Pabalan, Kuya Manzano, Berna Cabrera, Mercedita Marasigan, Don Gordon Bell, Brigette Martin, Sean Guyamin at Arriane Mei Diaz Butch.
