SA KABILA ng 0-2 pagkatalo sa Switzerland sa kanilang makasaysayang debut sa Group A ng FIFA Women’s World Cup sa Dunedin noong Biyernes, ang Filipinas ay nanatiling kumpiyansa at inaabangan na ang kanilang virtually must-win match laban sa host New Zealand sa Martes sa Wellington. 

“We can only bring it up from here, stay true to what we are and keep on going,” pahayag ni  goalkeeper Olivia McDaniel.

Sinusugan ni midfielder Sarah Eggesvik ang naging pahayag ng kanyang teammates.

“We will keep on fighting and have two more games to look forward to,” aniya.
