This time it’s personal. Tuwang-tuwa ako dahil dumalaw sa amin ang 2-week old na apo last July 1st. At past 12nn ay ginising ako dahil alumpihit sa sakit ng tiyan ang aking panganay. “The 1st time it hap-pened was also July of 2017,” hinang-hina na sambit niya. “Kumain lang po kami ng burger on the way here kasi masyado naging busy sa bata,” he added, as I watched him writhe in severe abdominal spasms. Umabot kami sa apat na turok ng pain relievers at pabalik-balik sa 24 hours open na botika, bago siya nakatulog ng 4 am. It’s too late for me to sleep by 5am kaya nagsulat ako ng game plan to help deal with this using natural approach to medicine.
BATO SA APDO INFO
These are also called gallstones or gallbladder stones. Iba ito sa urinary bladder stones or bato naman sa pantog. Wala itong koneksiyon sa pag-ihi o pagkain ng maaalat. Gallstones are solid particles that form from bile and bilirubin dahil sa pagkain ng mga mamantika. Bile is stored in the gallbladder until needed. When we eat an oily, high-fat meal, the gallbladder contracts and excretes bile into the small intestine via a small tube called the common bile duct. Tumutulong ang bile na tunawin ang mga kina-ing mamantika at matataba. Gallstones within the gallbladder often cause no problems. If there are many or they are large, they may cause pain when the gallbladder responds to a fatty meal. They also may cause problems if they prevent bile from leaving the gallbladder and block the bile duct. Iyon ang dahilan kaya lubhang sumakit ang kaniyang tiyan.
GALLSTONE CAUSES
Blockage of any of the ducts may result in serious complications. This can cause inflammation and ulti-mately severe pain, infection, and organ damage. If these conditions go untreated, they can even cause death. Kaya napakahalagang malaman kung paano ito maiiwasan.
•Gallstones are common among overweight people.
• Taking birth control pills or hormone therapy can lead to stones.
• Poor abdominal muscle tone prevents the gallbladder from emptying completely.
• Losing a lot of weight quickly on a “crash” or starvation diet.
• Certain medications such as statins and birth control pills.
• Smoking and alcohol are risk factors.
GALLSTONE “PAIN ATTACK”
• Attacks may occur every few days, weeks, months or years.
• The pain usually starts within 30 minutes after a fatty or greasy meal.
• Pain attacks usually happen at night after a large dinner.
• The pain is usually severe, dull, and constant, and last from 1 to 5 hours.
• It may radiate to the right shoulder or back.
• The pain may make the person want to move around to seek relief.
• Many patients prefer to lay still and wait for the attack to subside.
• Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and bloating.
• Warning signs of a serious problem are fever, jaundice, and persistent pain.
NATURAL REMEDY
It is important to seek medical, and perhaps even surgical advice from a competent, bonafide physi-cian. Some doctors may be aggressive, while some are more conservative in approach. Here is a gallbladder detox program for uncomplicated conditions. This may be done 1-2x a month for several months to completely cleanse the system.

TREATMENTS
Your treatment plan for gallstones depends on how the symptoms are affecting your daily life. If you don’t have any symptoms, a policy of ‘active monitoring’ is often recommended. This means you won’t receive immediate treatment, but you should let your doctor know if you notice any symptoms. In some cases, gallstones can be treated with medicine. Certain chemicals, such as Ursodiol or Chenodiol, which have been shown to dissolve some gallstones, are available in oral pills. As a general rule, the longer you go without symptoms, the less likely it is that your condition will get worse. If your symptoms are more severe and occur frequently, surgery to remove the gallbladder is usually recom-mended.
