“The improvement in FDI was driven by higher net inflows across all components,” ayon sa BSP.
Sinabi ng central bank na ang foreigners’ net investments in debt instruments ay tumaas ng 2.7% year-on-year sa $610 million mula $594 million.
“Non-residents’ reinvestment of earnings and their net investments in equity capital increased by 12.8% to $135 million from $120 million and 16.8% to $76 million from $65 million, respectively,” sabi pa ng BSP.
“These investments were channeled mainly to the manufacturing and real estate industries.”
