TINIYAK ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang na nakahanda ang iba’t ibang ahensiya para sa pag-landfall ng bagyong Odette.
Sinabi ni Cabinet Secretary at acting presidential spokesman Karlo Nograles, nasa 98,091 katao na mula sa Region 7, Region 8, Region 10, at CARAGA ang inilikas.
“All hands are on deck in government’s quick response as Typhoon Odette made landfall this afternoon,” pahayag ni Nograles.
Sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA, nakataas na ang tropical cyclone warning signal No. 4 sa Southern Leyte, southwestern portion ng Leyte, Bohol, central at southern portions ng Cebu sa Visayas at Dinagat Islands at Surigao del Norte kasama ang Siargao at Bucas Grande Islands sa Mindanao.
May naka-standby na pondo at mga food pack.
“The Department of Social Welfare and Development, including its Field Offices, has available disaster response standby funds and family food packs prepositioned in different strategic areas in the typhoon-affected regions,” pahayag ni Nograles.
