BAWAL ang mga guro at personnel na makapasok sa mga eskuwelahan sa F2F classes ngayong buwan at kailangan na magprisinta muna ang mga ito ng negatibong resulta ng coronavirus test.
Ito ang sinabi ni Department of Education Secretary Leonor Briones bago makapasok sa school premises sa onsite reporting.
Ayon sa DepEd, kailangan na sumunod ang mga guro at personnel sa national policies sa lahat ng public institutions na siyang guidelines sa unvaccinated individuals sa rollout expansion ng limited face to face classes.
“If they don’t want to, they don’t have to because vaccination remains voluntary,” ayon kay Briones.
“But if they go to school, and we have said that time and again, they need to show [negative] result of RT-PCR [Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction] or antigen so we can also protect those who are vaccinated,” ayon sa kalihim.
Nabatid sa kagawaran na tanging mga guro na bakunado laban sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19) ang papayagan sa face-to-face classes.
Sinabi naman ni DepEd Usec. Wilfredo Cabal, ng Human Resource and Development na “as long as there is no interaction with the learners and those teachers who teach inside the classroom, unvaccinated teachers and personnel may be required to report onsite provided that they present negative RT/PCR or antigen test”.
