Sa pagbisita niya sa isabela, masaya siyang sinalubong nina Isabela Gobernor Rodolfo ‘’Rodito’’ Albano, III at ni Vice Gobernor Fauastino ‘’Bojie’’ Dy, III; gayundin si si Tumauini Mayor Arnorld Bautista, na siyang president ng Mayor’s League of Isabela kabilang ang ibang punong bayan mga local officials at lider ng ilang religious groups.
Una siyang nagtungo sa Tumauini Chruch upang ipanalangin ang kapayapaan ng bansa at maibsan na ang nararanasan sa pandemya.
Kasama rin ni Sotto si si Senator Lacson upang malaman nila ang mga programa na akma at dapat nilang ilatag para masolusyunan ang hiling at hinaing ng taong bayan. IRENE GONZALES
