MAY panibagong pagtaas sa presyo ng mga produktong petrolyo simula ngayong Martes.

Sa isang abiso, sinabi ng Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. na may dagdag na P1.00 kada litro sa presyo ng kanilang gasolina, P0.65 kada litro sa diesel at P0.70 kada litro sa kerosene.

Magpapatupad ang Cleanfuel ng kaparehong adjustments, maliban sa kerosene na hindi nila ibinebenta.

Epektibo ang price hike ngayong alas-6 ng umaga maliban sa Cleanfuel na magpapatupad ng taas-presyo sa alas-4:01 ng hapon sa kaparehong araw.

Paliwanag ng mga taga-industriya, ang adjustments ay dahil sa patuloy na paghina ng piso kontra dolyar habang umaakyat ang demand o pangangailangan ng langis sa Amerika, Europa, at China.

Ito na ang  ika-6 sunod na linggo na may dagdag sa presyo ng gasolina, ika-11 sa diesel at ika-5 sa kerosene.

Noong nakaraang Martes, Hunyo 22, ang mga kompanya ng langis ay nagpatupad ng P0.75 dagdag sa presyo ng kada litro ng gasolina, at P0.70 sa diesel at kerosene.

Sa datos ng  Department of Energy (DOE), ang  year-to-date adjustments ay may net increase na P10.75 kada litro para sa  gasolina, P9.25 kada litro para sa diesel, at  P7.70 kada litro para sa  kerosene.
