MAGSISILBI na ngayong Director of Volleyball Operations si Nxled Japanese coach Taka Minowa para sa kanyang koponan at sa sister team Akari sa Premier Volleyball League.
“Minowa will take on the role of supervising the volleyball program of the sister teams starting the next PVL season, but he will remain as the chief tactician of the Chameleons,” pahayag ng Akari Dports sa isang statement.
Ihahayag sa mga susunod na araw ang interim head coach ng Chargers, kasama ang ilang bagong assistant coaches para sa Nxled at Akari.
Si Brazilian mentor Jorge Souza de Brito ay nag-resign bilang coach ng Chargers, dalawang linggo na ang nakalilipas, matapos ang apat na conferences.
Ipinatupad ang Japanese brand of play, iginiya ni Minowa ang Nxled sa 4-7 record, katabla ang buwag nang F2 Logistics sa eighth at ninth place sa kanilang debut sa Second All-Filipino Conference.
“With the move, the Akari management hopes for the Chargers and Chameleons to climb up the ladder and contend for a title when the new PVL season kicks off in February next year,” sabi ng Akari Sports.
