Ayon sa isang source, sumuko si Dupaya sa pulisya noong November 14 in connection with the estafa case filed by actress Ynez Veneracion and her friend Susan Ortega.
But prior to Ynez filing the case, Dupaya was able to give her P200,000, kaya P60,000 na lang ang balanse nito sa sexy actress.
Ito ay dahil sa walang tigil na pang-aalipusta at pananakot diumano sa kanya ng negosyante sa social media, particularly on Facebook, right after she was able to divulge her purported sizable debt.
Another estafa case was filed by businessman Joel Cruz at the Quezon City-Regional Trial Court (QC-RTC) in connection with the her debt amounting to a cool P40M, plus the libel case filed at the Manila Prosecutor’s Office last June 2018.
Allegedy, Dupaya has a standing financial obligations to Ara Mina and Sunshine Cruz. In the event na mapatunayang nagkasala sa kasong estafa, it’s highly possible that Dupaya would be penalized with “reclusion temporal” or imprisonment for “12 years and 1 day to 20 years” or “reclusion perpetua” or imprisonment for a maximum of “30 years.”
INA ASISTIO MAY SAKIT NA ‘VOLVULUS’
KINUMPIRMA ni Nadia Montenegro na afflicted with volvulus, a rare abdominal disease ang kanyang 28-year-old daughter na si Ynna Asistio.
“Please pray for Ynna. She was diagnosed with ‘Volvulus,’ a rare medical condition involving twisting of the small intestines, and no medicines can help but only a major surgery can cure.
“I know God is watching over her. She will be transferred now via ambulance from Marikina to another hospital today for immediate surgery.
“Pls. keep her in your prayers. Thank you!”
Karaniwang sakit daw ito ng mga lalaking over 60 years old.
Immediate treatment is needed and in most cases, this can be corrected by way of surgery para ma-“detangle or untwist ang intestine.”
In some cases, the appendix needs to be removed when this is dislocated in the process.
Ayon pa rin sa Medical News Today, “volvulus can be life-threatening if not treated promptly because it can lead to the death of the blood-starved tissue and tearing of the intestinal wall.”
