KRIS AQUINO CHALLENGES NICKO FALCIS TO FILE GRAVE THREAT CHARGE AGAINST HER

NAG-REACT si Kris Aquino sa allegation na pinagbantaan diumano supposedly niya ang buhay ni Nicko and she allegedly shouted at him these words: “You f_c_ing asshole Nicko!… dare to step in this country and you will be dead.”

“Mr. Falcis,” countered the articulate lady, “PLEASE COMPLETE THE FULL TEXT OF WHAT WAS SHOUTED AT YOU on September 26, 2018.

“Why fear the WHOLE TRUTH? I was in QC, you were in Bangkok.

“PLEASE personally file your grave threats charge against me with any prosecutor in any region where a KRIS AQUINO will be most hated.

“52 days already passed. Justice delayed is Justice denied.”

Ang younger brother ni Nicko, si Attorney Jesus “Jess” Falcis, ang nagbulgar ng supposedly ay panggigipit, pananakot, at pagsisinungaling ni Kris when she filed a qualified theft case against Nicko.

Scared daw si Nicko dahil sa diumano’y posibleng gawin ni Kris. Nagbanta raw kasi itong she has some “powerful friends,” who could help her out.

Wala raw katotohanan ang accusation ni Kris na siya’y pinagnakawan diumano ni Nicko.

Base ito sa interview ng press kay Atty. Falcis last Friday, November 16.

This week, Kris answered the allegation from Nicko’s camp by way of her Instagram post.

Anyway, Kris filed 44 counts of qualified theft against Nicko.

Whatever, kaya nagsampa ng kaso si Kris ay dahil diumano’y sa unauthorized personal expenses ni Nicko, using the credit card for both Kris and him (Kris C. Aquino Productions, KCAP), for his personal expenses.

As things stand, Atty. Falcis is confident that Kris Aquino’s qualified theft complaint against Nicko is “baseless”.

Apart from their media interviews, may additional statements sina Kris at Atty. Falcis sa kani-kanilang Instagram posts noong Nobyembre 16.

Part dito ang Instagram post ni Atty. Falcis, where he called “Kris the liar” si Kris.

Pumalag din si Atty. Falcis why supposedly the plane fare and hotel accommodations of Kris and her KCAP staff is part of the alleged unauthorized credit card charges of Nicko.

Hindi pinalampas ni Kris ang pagtawag sa kanyang sinungaling ng kapatid ni Nicko.

Marami raw siyang nagawang pagkakamali but, “nobody can ever justifiably say that there is anything remotely questionable about my financial dealings, my trustworthiness about money, and most especially the transparency and absolute spotlessness of my BIR tax records.

“I have heard all the insults BUT the 1 thing that has never stuck is that Kris Aquino is a liar. Drama queen, possible… but definitely not lying queen and never magnanakaw queen.

“On Monday morning with an apology in advance to Mayor Herbert Bautista and Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, I shall again need to step on your turf because the Quezon City Hall of Justice is within your compound.

“I was brought up to respect the rule of law, my father gave his life for that principle. And I am also my mother’s daughter, so I shall be exercising my constitutional right to defend my dignity and honor.
