LASSY MARQUEZ SUPER TEKLA BANTA SA TRONO NI VICE GANDA?

JUST like Vice Ganda’s Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 entry, perya ang setting ng launching movie ni Super Tekla na Kiko en Lala.

Sa ngayon, common knowledge na tinalbugan na ng The Boobay and Tekla Show ang Gandang Gabi Vice maging sa National TV Ratings ng Kantar Media.

Threat na ba si Super Tekla sa trono ni Vice?

Sa point of view ni Adolf Alix Jr., ang direktor ng Kiko en Lala, comparison is highly inevitable.

“Pero may sarili naman po sigurong style ng pagpapatawa niya si Tekla which the audience will appreciate,” he said in an interview.

“May space naman po I think for everyone…”

Anyway, when it comes to acting, Lassy Marquez appears to be a threat to Vice in the movie Two Love You.

LAURICE Guillen dreams of directing Piolo Pascual right after she co-starred withhim in the movie Lupang Hinirang that was directed by Brillante Mendoza.

“First time kong makatrabaho si Piolo as an actor dito sa Lupang Hinirang. Isa siya sa mga anak ko,” Laurice Guillen asseverated when interviewed at the mediacon of the movie Man and Wife last Abril 25, at Racks, Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

As an actor, Piolo’s supposedly very serious and a good actor to boot.

“You know, he’s not just a pretty face!,” she said in obvious admiration of Piolo’s acting skills. “Eto na naman tayo, ‘di ba? Kasi, parang ano… ‘Piolo Pascual, dreamboat…’

“No! And I think, he wants to go beyond that.”

Another actor that she dreams of directing is John Lloyd Cruz.

Anyway, paboritong idirek ni Laurice si Gabby Concepcion. Ilang beses na raw niya itong naidirek sa mga pelikula at idinirek naman niya ang aktor sa Kapuso teleser­yeng Ika-6 Na Utos.

Tapos, heto nga, hinawakan na naman niya Gabby sa pelikulang Man and Wife, na slated na ipa­labas sa Mayo 8.

“Well, favorite in the sense na ang sarap niyang katrabaho,” she explained. “At saka, of course, you know, kung titingnan mo as an ideal actor, may mga limitations.

“So, parang… ‘yung mga eksena ng mag-asawa, ‘yung parang… kasi, may anak na sila, so ‘pag wala na ang anak, iyan na ang chance nila na mag-make love, ‘di ba?” she said obviously gesticulating about the intimacy between husbands and wives. “So, iyong mga ganu’n. Na hindi naman ‘yung… Walang hubaran! Kasi, family picture.

“Pero ‘yung aspect na ‘yon, from the conflict-conflicts nilang ganyan from the drama, tapos ‘yung punta roon sa playfulness and that sort of thing.
