PINULONG kahapon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.ang kauna-unahang Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (Ledac) sa Malacañang.
Tinalakay sa naturang pulong ang mga prayoridad na panukalang batas ng administrasyong Marcos kung saan 20 council members ang dumalo ayon kay Office of the Press Secretary Officer-in-Charge Undersecretary Cheloy Garafil.
Ayon kay Garafil, tinalakay ang mga common legislative agenda gayundin ang mga posibleng pag-amyenda para sa COVID-19 vaccination program at mga panukalang priority measures kabilang na ang National Government Rightsizing Program; Budget Modernization Bill; Government Financial Institutions Unified Initiatives to Distressed Enterprises for Economic Recovery at Unified System of Separation, Retirement and Pension.
Tinalakay rin ang ilang economic bills tulad ng E-Governance Act; National Land Use Act; Tax Package 3: Valuation Reform Bill; Passive Income and Financial Intermediary Taxation Act at Internet Transaction Act or E-Commerce Law.
Sa area ng national security, tinalakay sa Ledac ang National Defense Act; Mandatory Reserve Officers’ Training Corps and National Service Training Program; the establishment of a Medical Reserve Corps; National Disease Prevention Management Authority; Virology Institute of the Philippines at Department of Water Resources.
