Apart from being the head of the said institution, she is also one of the mentors of the Kapatid Mentor Me Program where she extends business advice, network, and market.

Emi said that this pandemic has turned the learning terrain upside down but with the adva

ntage of paving the way for endless opportunities in the

virtual space. She added that online meetings with mentees became interesting as more micro, small and medium enterprises can participate in the learning and mentoring sessions.

Her varied experience in the industry and academe allowed her to contextualize entrepreneurial concepts to real-life applications from which her mentees can learn.
While the pandemic is yet to pass, she advises her mentees to change perspectives, be faithful and grateful.
