APRUBADO ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang bagong quarantine classifications sa iba’t ibang lugar sa bansa subalit maaari pang mabago depende sa apela ng local government units.
Una nang inirekomenda ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF MEID) sa Pangulo na ilagay sa general community quarantine “with some restrictions” ang Metro Manila, Rizal at Bulacan habang ang 21 provinces and cities ay sa modified enhanced community quarantine mula Hulyo 1 hanggang Hulyo 15 sa gitna ng coronavirus pandemic.
Ang isasailalim sa MECQ, ay ang Cagayan, Apayao, Bataan, Lucena City, Puerto Princesa City, Naga City, Iloilo City, Iloilo, Negros Oriental, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City, Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental, Davao de Oro, Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Butuan City, Dinagat Islands, at Surigao del Sur.
Sinabi ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque na ang “some restrictions” sa Metro Manila, Rizal, at Bulacan ay papayagan ang 40 percent venue capacity para sa gyms at dine-in establishments.
“Otherwise, it’s like an ordinary GCQ (which is 50 percent venue capacity),” ayon kay Roque.
Habang ang Laguna at Cavite ilalagay sa GCQ “with heightened restrictions” sa nabanggit na mga petsa.
Kapag nasa heightened restrictions, idiniin ni Roque na hindi ang hindi papayagang operate ay ang entertainment, recreational venues, amusement parks, traditional cockfighting, contact sports at indoor sports, indoor tourist attraction; hanang 30 percent venue capacity ang pinapahintulutan para sa services, gaya ng personal care services, including salons, parlors, at beauty clinics; 30 percent allowed for outdoor tourist attraction; staycation hotels ay maaari rin basta sumunod sa health protocols.
Ang mga pook dasalan na nasa GCQ with heightened restrictions ay limitado sa 10 percent ang capacity subalit pwede hanggang 30 percent depende sa LGU.
Sa buong Hulyo ay nasa GCQ ang Baguio City, Ifugao, City of Santiago, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Batangas, Quezon, Guimaras, Aklan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Antique, Capiz, Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga City, Iligan City, General Santos City, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, Cotabato, South Cotabato, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Sur, at Cotabato City.
