Persida Acosta na nagpataw na ang Supreme Court ng life imprisonment laban kay Reynold Marzan, na itinuturong katuwang ang kanyang asawang si Anna Liza para maltratuhin ang kanilang katulong na si Bonita Baran sa loob ng tatlong taon sa loob ng kanilang tahanan sa Quezon City simula noong 2009 hanggang 2012.
