LIQUOR BAN SA MANDALUYONG

MAHIGPIT ng ipinatutupad ang liquor ban sa ilang lungsod sa Metro Manila kaya’y sumunod na rin ang Mandaluyong City Government.

Ayon kay Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos, sa ilalim ng pinalabas na Memorandum Order No. 03, Series of 2021 ng pamahalaang lokal ng lungsod ay pinaalalahanan ang mga negosyante na nagtitinda ng alak na hindi muna sila maaaring magtinda ng nakalalasing na inumin o magdeliver nito simula ngayong araw hanggang katapusan ng Marso.

Paliwanag ng alkalde na pinagbabawalan ang mga tindahan na magbenta ng mga nakalalasing na inumin sa mga pampublikong lugar.

Dagdag pa ni Abalos, hindi rin muna na papayagan ang pag-iimbita ng mga bisita ng mga residente para sa drinking session kahit pa nasa loob ng bahay.

Ang naturang hakbang ay upang makatulong na rin sa layunin ng pamahalaan na mapigilan pa ang pagkalat ng COVID-19 sa kanilang mga lugar.

Giit ng alkalde, mahigpit na tututukan ng Mandaluyong PNP at mga tauhan ng Barangay ang pagpatutupad ng liquor ban upang matiyak na nasusunod ang naturang kautusan. ELMA MORALES
