(Lumabag sa protocols) 3 RESTO BARS IPINADLAK

IPINASARA ng mga operatiba ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) ang tatlo na namang pasaway na restaurant-bars habang 39 katao ang naisyuhan ng Ordinance Violator Receipts (OVRs) dahil sa paglabag sa Quezon City Local Government’s health and safety measures sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.

Sa report, ang ipinadlock ay ang Batcave Food/Music Bar, sa Visayas Avenue Quezon City; KARMA na matatagpuan sa No. 238 Tomas Morato Extension, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City, at Guilly’s Island Restaurant and Bar, sa No. 27 Tomas Morato Avenue corner Scout Albano, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon.

Ang mga nabanggit na resto bars ay lumabag umano sa Quezon City Memorandum on General Community Quarantine (GCQ) Guidelines na ipinatupad nitong Hunyo 16, 2021.

Nitong Huwebes ay ininspeksyon ng mga operatiba ng QCPD at Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) ang tatlong resto bars upang tiyakin na sumusunod ang mga ito sa protocols ng COVID-19 Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF).

Sa Guilly’s Island Restaurant and bar ay 39 katao ang tinekitan dahil sa paglabag sa health and safety violations gaya ng social distancing, hindi pagsusuot ng facemask at face shield, liquor ordinances at nag-ooperate gaying paso na ang Business Permit.
