Base sa inisyal na report ni P/MSG Jayson Dela Cruz ganap na alas-2:40 ng hapon nang madakip ang suspek makaraang isilbi ang warrant of arrest sa Brgy. Sta. Cruz V, Sapang Palay sa siyudad ng San Jose Del Monte.
Dinakip si Domineci sa bisa ng warrant na inilabas ni Branch 75 Olongapo RTC Hon. Presiding Judge Raymond C. Viray, na may criminal case number 504-14 sa kaso ng pagpatay na walang piyansa.
Nabatid na ang suspek ay bagong miyembro ng “Calang Group” na sangkot umano sa kasong gun for hire activities na nag-ooperate sa lalawigan ng Bataan at karatig-probinsya.THONY ARCENAL
