Si Manalo ay inaresto sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu nitong Marso 23 ni Hon. Judge Evangeline Mendoza Francisco ng Valenzuela City RTC Branch 170 para sa kasong Robbery with Homicide na walang inirekomendang piyansa.
