4. VIOLATIONS ALLOWING PASSENGER ON TOP OF VEHICLE.

a. First offense – (driver) multa – php150.00.

5. ARROGANCE / DISCOURTESY (W/SEMINAR):

a. First offense – (driver) multa –Php150.00

6. BAN ON RIGHT-HAND DRIVE MOTOR VEHICLE:

a. First offense – (operator) multa – Php500.00.

7. BAN ON RIGHT HAND DRIVE OF MOTOR VEHICLE:

a. First offense – (operator) multa – Php500.00

8. BREACH OF FRANCHISE CONDITIONS:

a. First offense – (operator) multa – Php375.00.

9. BROKEN TAXIMETER SEAL:

a. First offense – (driver) multa – 3 months suspension of DL and (operator) Php2,500.00.
b. Second offense –(driver) multa – 6 months suspension of DL and (operator) Php3,000.00.
d. Third offense – (driver) multa – Php5,000.00 and (operator) revocation of franchise.

10. BUS/PUJ LANE ORDINANCE:

a. First offense – (driver) multa – Php2,000.00.
b. Seconds offense – multa – Php2,000.00.
c. Third offense – multa – Php2,000.00.

11. BUS/PUJ LAND ORDINANCE ALONG COMMONWEALTH (PVT. VEHICLE) PHYSICAL APP. MMDA REG. NO. 11-001 SERIES OF 2011:

a. First offense – (driver) multa – Php1,200.00.
b. Second offense – multa – Php 1,200.00.
c. Third offense – multa – Php 1,200.00.

12. CARRYING RED LIGHTSS INFRONT OF MOTOR VEHICLE:

c. Third offense – multa – Php 3,000.00 and cancellation of franchise.

15. COLORUM OPERATION (PASSENGER) – MMDA REG. NO. 97-004:

a. First offense –(operator) multa – Php5,000.00 and 3 months confiscation of PLT.
b. Second offense – multa – Php5,000.00 and 6 months impounding MV.
c. Third offense – multa – Php5,000.00 and cancellation of franchise.

16. COLORUM OPERATION (PASSENGER) – mmda reg. no. 97-004:

a. First offense – (driver) – multa – Php1,000.00 and 3 months suspension of drivers license.
b. Second offense – multa – Php1,000.00 and 6 months suspension ng drivers license.
c. Third offense – multa – Php1,000.00 and revocation of driver’s license.

17. CR/OR NOT CARRIED:
