“It is not the medal but the performance. We are very particular in the performance,” sabi ni Unso sa eksklusibong panayam bago tumulak patungong Isabela para pangasiwaan ang foreign-laced National Open na lalarga ngayong araw sa Ilagan Sports and Cultural Center.

“Asian Games is a tough competition dubbed as ‘Olympic Games of Asia’ where the best and the brightest athletes in the region are seeing action. It is proper and logical to send our finest athletes to have good chances winning medal,” sabi pa ni Unso.

Limang ginto ang paglalabanan sa Day1: 10,000m women, shot put men, high jump women, 5000m masters women at 3000m steeplechase boys and men.

CLYDE MARIANO
