“Based on NEDA estimates, the strategic investment in infrastructure is expected to impact an increase in productive activities and support job generation of 2.3 million in 2021 and 2.5 million in 2022, including, of course direct and indirect employment,” pahayag ni NEDA Undersecretary Roderick Planta.
“We view that these infrastructure investments in ‘Build Build Build’ and infrastructure flagship projects are vital in stimulating the economy and facilitating recovery, considering the potential multiplier effects and creating jobs and stimulating growth,” ani Planta.
“Most of these (projects) actually have high impact, economic and investment returns. There’s no way that the next administration will shelve most of these projects, but instead they will look and revisit them,” aniya.
