NPD MAY BAGONG DISTRICT DIRECTOR

NAGKAROON ng biglaang palitan ng District Director ang Northern Police District (NPD) nitong umaga na October 19, 2024 na ginanap sa NPD headquarters sa Tanigue St, corner Dagat-Dagatan, Avenue, Caloocan City.

Ang kaganapan ay dinaluhan ni PBGen .Ponce Rogelio I Peñones jr. Deputy Director for Operation, NCRPO, kung saan siya ang nagsilbing panauhing pandangal at Presiding officer.

Ang seremonya ay Isang pormal na paglilipat ng pamunuan mula kay out going District Director, PBGen. Rizalito G. Gapas na pinalitan ni PColonel Josefino Ligan.

Si Police Colonel Ligan ay nabibilang sa PNPA Class 96 at nagsilbi bilang Deputy Director for Administration ng NCRPO- Eastern Police District (EPD), naging Deputy Director for Ope­rations ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) naging Deputy Director for Operations ng NPD (CAMANAVA) at dating Chief District Director of Staff sa QCPD at naging Director din ng Cebu City Police Office (CCPO).

Si Ligan ay tumang­gap na din ng Plaque of Recognition bilang “Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Admi­nistration of the year”.

Ang pagbabago ng utos na ito ay sumasalamin sa patuloy na pangako ng NPD na maglingkod sa malakas at epektibong pamumuno sa patuloy nitong misyon na protektahan at pagsilbihan ang komunidad.
