P5K MULTA SA LALABAG SA Q-BAND NG NAVOTAS

AABOT sa P5,000 multa ang naghihintay sa lalabag sa ipinatupad ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Navotas na Navotas Quarantine Band System (Navo Q-Band) sa bisa ng City Ordinance No. 2021-24 para manmanan ang mga kumpirmadong may CO­VID-19 at mga close contact nila at ang mga residente sa mga lockdown area.

Ayon kay Mayor Toby Tiangco, ang mga residenteng nakatira sa mga lugar na naka-lockdown ay bibigyan ng puting Q-bands habang ang mga COVID-19 positive at mga kasama nito ay naka-home quarantine at mga close contact na sasailalim o naghihintay ng resulta ng RT-PCR test ay bibigyan ng pink na Q-bands.

Hindi puwedeng umalis ang mga Navoteñong may Q-bands sa isolation facility o sa kanilang home qua­rantine at sakop ng granular lockdown.

Ang mga may puting Q-band ay pagmumultahin ng P1,000, P2,000 at P5,000 para sa una, ikalawa at ikatlong pagsuway, ayon sa pagkakasunod-sunod, habang ang mga may pink na Q-band ay P5,000 ang multa sa una at mga kasunod na paglabag.

Tanging ang City Health Office lamang ang puwedeng magtanggal ng Navo Q-bands sa mga taong may suot nito.

Ang mga Navo Q-bands ay imo-monitor ng Local Disaster Risk Reduction Office dalawa o tatlong beses sa isang araw sa iba’t ibang oras at ang mga naka-tag na indibidwal ay makatatanggap ng mensahe na kailangang i-scan ang kanilang bands bilang tugon.

Dapat silang tumugon sa monitoring at tracking inquiry sa loob ng 10 minuto at kung hindi makasagot ng hindi kukulangin sa tatlong beses sa isang araw ng walang makatwirang dahilan ay ituturing itong paglabag sa implementing guidelines ng sistema ng quarantine band.

Sa Barangay Health Emergency Response Team naman nakatoka ang pagtanggap ng tracking messa­ges at pag-scan ng Q-bands ng mga sakop na taong walang mobile phones. VICK TANES
