Kasama niya rito sina Andrea Torres, Janine Gutierrez, Coney Reyes who plays his mother, John Estrada na magpapahirap sa kanya, Al Tantay, Pancho Magno, Conan Stevens, Eric Quizon, Freddie Webb, Miguel Faustmann, Kristoffer Martin, Maritoni Fernandez, Chynna Ortaleza, at marami pang iba sa direksiyon ni Dominic Zapata who feels humbled directing three directors in the cast—Eric Quizon, Al Tantay and stage actor/director Miguel Faustmann.
RICO J. PUNO, DULCE, MARCO SISON, JUN POLISTICO TOGETHER IN A RARE
APPEARANCE FOR A FUND-RAISING EVENT
HINDI ko akalain na mapagsasama-sama sa isang musical event ang singing icons ng Philippine music industry para sa isang fund-raising activity at bukod pa roon, it was a midweek and most of the time, artists could be busy in some tapings, meetings, or even a show.
Hindi nabigo ang audience na karamihan ay mga kaibigan din nila dahil they really brought the house down, with each of them sang their hit songs and trekked down memory lane.
Lumikha sila ng ingay noong dekada 70, ang masasabing era of Philippine music at kahit lumipas na ang ilang dekada, hindi pa rin nagbago ang kanilang performance as if we were still in the 70s as we watched them perform.
Thank you is too pale a word to express our family’s gratitude to these great performers, to those who came to watch, who took their precious time to be present in this event. What we can’t give back, God will return the favor hundredfold!
To Marita Lui Pio, for her big heart, the unsung hero of the night, who forewent her birthday celebration so she could manage the reception and made sure all tickets were properly accounted for was ably assisted by Takako Magtoto who stood by her side all throughout the evening, Marita, you are a blessing!
For the resounding success, to God be all the glory!
