Aniya, inabisuhan ang 8,234 benepisyaryo sa pamamagitan ng text message sa iskedyul kung kailan nila makukuha ang payout na P8,000.

Lilimitahan lamang sa 1,200 ang makatatanggap ng text message kada araw upang hindi dumagsa ang mga benepisyaryo na kukuha ng kanilang P8,000 na ayuda dahil na rin sa ipinatutupad na modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) sa NCR Plus kabilang ang Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan at Rizal.

Kasabay nito, hu­mingi na rin ng ekstensiyon ang pamahalaang Lungsod sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) para sa distribusyon ng financial assistance na binibigyan lamang ng 15 araw para matapos ang pamamahagi sa mga benepisyaryo.

Inamin ng alkalde na naging mabagal ang turnout sa pamamahagi ng financial assistance dahil sa mga minor na problema tulad ng reklamo ng mga pangalan na binura sa listahan na agad naman inaaksiyunan.
