Nangunguna ang education (21 percent) na nananatiling ‘top specialization’ na sasalubong sa mga bagong graduate pangunahin sa pamamagitan ng ESL o English bilang second language; business process outsourcing/customer service (14 percent) na ikalawang pinakamalaking jobs contributor; no. 3 ang clerical/administrative support (9 percent); no. 4 ang general work (7 percent), kabilang ang housekeeper, driver, dispatch atbp.
Panlima ang healthcare (7 percent); pang-anim ang security/armed forces (5 percent); no. 7 ang general/cost accounting (3 percent); no. 8 ang sales (2 percent); no. 9 ang banking and finance (2 percent); at no.10 ang agriculture (2 percent).
Ayon sa Jobstreet, sa mga trabahong bukas sa mga bagong graduate, 3 percent ang nag-aalok ng work-from-home arrangements habang 97 percent ang onsite.
“In 2021, we observed from the monthly average total of job vacancies in JobStreet that 29 percent are for positions that require less than a year of experience.
