PLANO ng pamahalaan na gantimpalaan ang mga manggagawa na nagpabakuna laban sa COVID-19 sa layuning mapalakas ang vaccination sa bansa.

Ayon kay National Task Force on COVID-19 Spokesperson Restituto Padilla, para maengganyo ang essential workers na magpabakuna, pinag-aaralan ng gobyerno na bigyan ang mga ito ng mga insentibo tulad ng discounts sa goods o services.

“Mungkahi pa lang ito na kinokonsidera para nang sa ganoon ay maengganyo natin [sila na magpabakuna],” sabi ni Padilla.

Aniya, ang mga restaurant ay maaaring mag-alok ng freebies at rewards sa mga makakakumpleto ng kanilang  COVID vaccine shots.

Sinabi ni Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion na kinausap na niya ang Philippine Retailers Association at ang Philippine Franchise Association na magbigay ng discounts sa goods para sa mga nagpabakuna.

Nauna nang sinabi ng restaurant group Resto.ph na magkakaloob ito ng discounts sa mga nagpaturok ng COVID-19 vaccines subalit isinasapinal pa nito ang mechanics.
