“It is alarming to know that such a huge quantity of illegal drugs was intercepted in Gandara, Samar. Reports say that the shipment originated from Cavite and was bound for Cebu. I commend the members of Samar Provincial Police Office and PDEA for acting swiftly upon receiving the intelligence report about the drug shipment which could have ruined the lives of countless people had it not been intercepted.” pahayag ng Samar lady lawmaker.
“This was indeed a big catch, but the bigger challenge is to identify and imprison the sources. I am confident that our provincial police force will continue their vigilance to eradicate any and all illegal drug menace in Samar, even if such drugs are just passing through! We do not tolerate this and drug syndicates should now be aware that Samar is no longer a possible trade route for their illegal shipments because we have a working police intelligence group,” dagdag pa ni Tan.
ROMER R. BUTUYAN
