KUMPLETONG lineup ang isasabak ng Team Philippines sa susulong na online Asian Schools Chess Championships simula ngayon via Tornelo.com app.

Kabuuang 83 atleta ang kakatawan sa bansa na sasabak sa individual, team open at girls categories — Under-7, U9, U11, U13, U15 at U17.

Pangunahing pambato ng bansa sina Jasper Faeldonia, Jeremy Marticio, Jave Mareck Peteros at Robick Von Villa sa Philippine Team A, at  Justine Mordido, Jeremiah Cruz, Carl Daluz at Janmyl Dilan Tisado sa Team B na lalaban sa premier open U17 section.

Pambato naman sa premier girls U17 sina Olympiad veteran Jerlyn Mae San Diego, Mhage Sebastian, Mariel Sadey Rinoa at Princes Louise Oncita sa Team  A, at Rhea Jane Canino, Alexandra Paez, Sofia Alcala at Ayana Usman sa Team B ng torneo na inorganisa ng National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP),  sa pakikipagtulungan ng Asian Chess Federation (ACF), International Chess Federation (FIDE) at Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).

Ang Pilipinas ang may pinakamaraming atleta sa kabuuang delegado na 890 players mula sa 24 bansang kalahok.

Sasabak din sa kompetisyon ang Sri Lanka (96), powerhouse India (96), Iran (840< Malaysia (84), Bangladesh (66), Hong Kong (38), Indonesia (11), Iraq (8), Japan (4), Kazakhstan (12), Kyrgyzstan (31), Lebanon (20), Maldives (6), Mongolia (55), Nepal (7), Oman (10), Pakistan (5), Qatar (4), Singapore (44), Syria (15), Thailand (50), Chinese Taipei (33) at Uzbkeistan (16).
