Ayon kay Navotas City Police chief Sr. Supt. Brent Milan Madjaco, si PO2 Michael Del Monte, 42-anyos, nakatalaga sa Caloocan city police at residente ng 1614-B Herbosa St, Tondo, Manila ay kabilang umano sa siyam na drug personalities na naaktuhan ng mga pulis na sumisinghot ng shabu.
Alas-11:30 ng gabi nang ikasa ang operasyon ng Navotas City police, District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) at District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) sa pangunguna ni Insp. Danilo Songalia ay nadakip ang iba pang mga suspek.
